Those are so cute! And the red buttons are popping perfectly!

Ooh but they're both pretty! I like the Noro one. Too bad it feels so "sturdy". I understand that it's supposed to soften up with more washing? Perhaps a good long soak would help.

Charity

Thank you again, Areli! I don't think the sweater will be too sturdy at all, I think it will be a great jacket-type sweater come fall. And I finally bought The Opinionated Knitter, and now want one of these in every colour for Liam - I guess I'd better get knitting! :0)

very pretty!!!! I also heard a good soak will soften up the Noro....

Gotta love Elizabeth Zimmermann Baby Surprise Jackets! They look great!

Allison

Lovely jackets! I have to say, when you made your Hobbit reference, I thought the second BSJ would be perfect for a Hobbit!

Allison

Oh, and Jarvis's blog is darling!

Love those Baby Surprise Jackets- great colorways!
And fun little visitor pic- I bet the kids loved that. I know mine would be fascinated... and want to keep it...

Happy knitting-
